ok haters... yes i actually did put it in in december... just after they beat the Suns and Jazz in LA, I figured 25/1 was just too much for a team that would be in the playoffs with the best player in the game. Also at the time they were in the early stages of that 17-3 run. Plus they are my favorite team, and I was hot on college FB at the time, so I figured what the **** lets do it and have something more to cheer for all season long. When Bynum went down I thought oh shit he better come back and then came Pau. Then I thought itwas a for sure lock until Bynum (EDIT: announced he would not come) came back. The whole time I was thinking if they made the conf finals I'd throw a huge hedge but honestly I've blown a few k just trying to build up that capital, I can't hit shit lately. So mock and hate on me all you want but fact of the matter is I NEED this bet bigtime. And I don't even have the $$$ to go the other way.
Also, I was so scared of Boston at the time I took just the west instead of the entire shabang. I probably coulda gotten Lakeshow at 40/1 or 50/1 to win it all. But I just don't see them beating Boston. If you recall, I think it was during that 17-3 stretch, Boston absolutely beat down LA's ass at Staples, and I was so glad I just took them to win the West.
So anyway, pray for me, cuz I really need this to hit.
