this is certainly not an "i told you so" bc i didnt bet the game ... but Beilein is simply an amazing coach... Ive seen a lot in my time and he really impresses me as a borderline genius ... he lost 4 starters, and I saw them a few times this year, and they didnt have much athletically, and yet he wins enough games to get to 20 and then wins NIT---people can say they are the only the 65th best team and make jokes, but winning any tourney like this is an accomplishment ...

congrats to a incredible coach and man, if I had a son I would send him to play for him.

You're exactly right P1gd. Mizzou should have hired him last year, but the 2.5 mil buyout was one of the worst negotiated contracts in history (by Belein's agent.) Nobody can touch this guy w/out coughing up 2.5 mil :mj07: More evidence to his prowess on x/o's is their big man last year who was hyped got passsed on in the draft- he just had his kid and 3 other coal miners out there. He definitely doesn't have any Blue Chippers on that squad right now, but he would need to get a young savvy to recruit- no charisma
