-177 is a lot in my world, but Chris Sale looks to be worth it today. Cleveland will be able to throw a handful of RH batters at him, but it won't matter.

On the other side of the hill, this is not a good matchup for Tomlin. While Tomlin has great overall stats giving up only a .211 batting average to opponents and .91 WHIP those numbers are inflated against LH batters and CWS can put as many as 8 RH batters in that line up and Tomlin's stats are MUCH more pedestrian against RH batters.

.347 WOBA
.247 BA

His BABIP is really where the difference comes in in my mind

VS LHB .182
VS RHB .250

Clearly he racks up much better numbers vs LHB and he's gonna see a healthy dose or right handed bats tonight, he's gonna need 10+ strikeouts or it's an early shower for him.

I'll lay the big number as much as I do hate it.

CWS (Sale) -177

I only play dogs so I can't help you much here. In theory he should win, and I'm not much in the B v P camp, but I do look at it each day and Lindor, Davis, Ramirez, and Santana all have pretty respectable numbers against Sale. Outside of Abreu who couldn't hit a beach ball right now and Jackson the Sox batters suck vs Tomlin

Frazier 1 for 6
Cabrera 1 for 14
Eaton 1 for 9
Garcia 1 for 6
Avila 2 for 12 (but they were homers)

Just hate to see you get a gem out of Sale and lose 2-1 or 1-0 nothing cause the good guys can't get the sticks going.

Nonetheless hope you win.

Also looking at Philly tonight. Verlander has been better but shit that line has moved 40 cents to -200 +. Give me break. Whenever it settles I'll be taking a shot on the phils.
