just my two cents, the bears will draft suggs to help out that defense, and then get a qb in the second round.

A great pass rush makes average db's good and good db's excellent (just look at Tampa).

With that said, Terrell Suggs is my choice at #4 if he's available.

Suggs at Right End
Brown at Left End
Daniles/Robinson/Washington/ up the middle

You've got yourself a pretty athletic, quick and yet still big in the middle d-line that helps the db's.

Throw in a healthy Holdman with Urlacher and Bobbie Howard you've got pretty good lb's.

Get Brown, Azumah, Green, and last years Rookie in the backfield and while average, can look good if the front 4 are as good as advertised.

Round 2 would bring me to select a corner if one was there, or possibly a QB but I think Boller/Lefty/Palmer and maybe Grossman are all gone by then...after that they are all crapola (PLEASE DONT DRAFT RAGGONE!)

Sounds like Suggs had a very sub-par workout for the Bears. He's put on 17 pounds and apparently most of it was fat. They were hoping for a 4.6 40 and he ran a 4.9. I think they will trade the pick down.

Are the Bears set at the interior DL positions? If not, I would think they would take a long look at J. Kennedy or D. Robertson. I still would not be surprised to see them take B. Leftwich at #4.

Take it for what its worth...word around ASU campus and Espn affiliates...Chi is taking Suggs with their first pick. Even after a dismal showing at the combine he is their man.

Suggs is really picking up some baggage on the way to the draft. First the poor workout and questions about his conditioning and weight, then the fiasco at the three-on-three basketball tournament.

Suggs

Suggs

Stewart was only good under Chan Gailey. When "slash" was in vouge he was his O-Coord. He hasn't been the same since.

Chic has many needs. Suggs seems to be thier guy.

They also like the QB for Louisville. He will be a 2nd rounder.

Stewart was very solid (Pro Bowl) for the 2001 season. I'm not saying he will automatically revert to that form, but to say he could only play well w/Gailey as the OC is erroneous.
