I'll throw a little bit of science at you. My money is on the idea that she is just fucking with you and is sitting in her man's lap right now while they laugh about what they told you.
The embryonic heart starts beating 22 days after conception, or about five weeks after the last menstrual period, which by convention we call the fifth week of pregnancy. The heart at this stage is too small to hear, even with amplification, but it can sometimes be seen as a flickering in the chest if an ultrasound is done as early as four weeks after conception.
The Doppler instrument
After the 9th or 10th week after your last menstrual period, you might be able to hear your baby's heartbeat at your prenatal appointment. Your obstetrical practitioner probably uses a Doppler instrument for this purpose, which bounces harmless sound waves off the fetal heart. The way the sound comes back is affected by motion, so a beating heart creates a change in the sound that can be picked up by the receiver in the Doppler. Whether you actually hear the heartbeat at 9 or 10 weeks depends partly on luck-the instrument must be placed at just the right angle. It also depends on the position of your uterus, and if you're slim or heavy. By the 12th week, the heartbeat can usually be heard consistently, using the Doppler instrument for amplification.
Well I saw 3 positive pregnancy test with my own eyes immediately after she came out of the bathroom. I took her myself to get the 3rd one.
Its was some $40 test that is digital & 99% accurate.
Trust me she wouldnt be faking this of all things.

No contact at all for the last 6 days & none planned.
Have to visit w/ a new attorney up here w/ the wonderful added twist of the illegitimate child.
Dont think we can get divorced until the baby is born due to paternity testing. The baby is assumed to be mine until I challenge it under law since it was conceived during our marriage.
Still feel like shit. I just cant believe this is my life. Life sucks.

Hang in there - this will pass. Why are you getting a new attorney, just curious? But, I am glad you are getting one, with the child scenario - PLEASE protect yourself in that area, because otherwise you'll be paying a minimum of $500 - $600 a month, possibly more, depending on your income - for many years, let alone insurance... BE STRONG on that front, trust me on this one.
