I am serious about this. Really. And I don't mean any disrespect to anyone who believes different. I just see it in a way that makes me think otherwise.


If I paid money to have a kid. And decided to do stupid shit with it. I am okay with it. Why?


Because it is my kid and there are people in this world that don't have clean water to drink - let alone have the worry of a minor bump on the back of the head.

When you put things into perspective - caring that much for a minor injury is silly. . But I am not going to fuss over it. My brain won't let me.

Hedman, you don't know that the injury wasn't more serious. Serious head injuries can sometimes take a while to show themselves and something like a fracture could have terrible side effects on a child as their craniums are still developing. People wear helmets when skating for a reason and that kid had his head slammed into concrete!

As for "parents should have the right do to whatever they want with their childern," I can't say I agree with you in every case, especially this one. Your child's safety should be paramount above all, regardless of your means. If you can't take care of that simple, yet most important task, you probably shouldn't be having kids. JMHO

Yes, I know I shouldnt worry about GRASS, and my wife busts my balls, but I cant not get a little irritated when they are on it.

I guess its one of my issues I got from my Dad, cause he was a huge lawn guy.
