not sure who the "sharpies" were on today. But for the sake of the internal consistency of the argument, if the "public" won today, and the "sharpies" lost, then Vegas was on the wrong side and the public took it to them? How would this be a huge win for the book? (under the false assumption that Vegas gambles, picks sides and uses the line to favor the side rather than use it to keep the money even and live off the vig)
