when youre up that much and dominating your opponent. youre going to let up. its natural.
have you ever coached or played sports and a high level? im guessing the answer is no.
i love how the guys on here who have never picked up a ball go off on tangents because they assume games are fixed when a team isnt going all out with a few minutes left and theyre up 30 points.
i guess you think wofford and byu was fixed too since byu let them hit a 3 at the end of the game right? byu was up 11 and they let the guy shoot because even if he makes it, who gives a shit, theres 2 seconds left. not to help the line.

ALL THE KIDS KNOW THE LINES BEFORE THEY START THE GAME AND EVEN THEY JOKE ABOUT THAT...OH DID I MENTION I COACHED THREE YEARS IN HS(1996 TO 1999) AND MANY KIDS PLAYED THEIR "BIG BROTHERS" TO BEAT THE LINE? AND WHY SHOULD ANYONE STOP PLAYING , JUST KEEP BUSINESS AS USUAL AND DON'T FOUL...WE USED TO SLOW THE PACE BUT NOT STOP SCORING, PERIOD AND NEVER NEVER NEVER GAVE UP ON OFFENSE, AS THE BEST DEFENSE IS OFFENSE
because every coach is different. some coaches dont want to embarrass another coach. some coaches have good relationships with each other. there are plenty of reasons to call of the dogs at the end of the game.
i realize its probably pointless to point these things out because everyone that thinks every single game that doesnt go their way is fixed is not going to change their opinion.
saying a game is fixed is a scapegoat cappers like to use so they can still think they were on the right side and they just got beat by someone fixing the game that they werent aware of.
sure some games out there are fixed, but not a fucking ncaa tournament game.
and if you think a game or sport is fixed, dont fucking play it and subject yourself to be beaten by "the fix"

Lines are tight this time of year... no surprises when you push IMO... Have had 2 pushes already since yest... It's all about finding the best line possible, figuring out early if you are going to take a position or firing late when you feel like the line has moved enough in you favor that theres good value there....just my thoughts, fwiw.

A coach may want to rest the "guns" a bit. Last week was high energy conf. tourney and right away this week is the "show". 40 hours between games. Kansas boys ran hard. I will say they look lethargic and out of focus first half.
