I understand your point. I guess I live a sheltered morre than peaceful life up here in NW Wisconsin. Not to much happens. We all have our shotguns and deer riffles to protect us. I just think if a guy wants to kill me with an AK-47 I don't think there is much I could do about it even if I owned one myself. If someone is crazy enough to want to takee your life, chances are they will. I remember that my state of Wisconsin allows semi-automatic deer hunting rifles. Really? WTF do you need a semi automatic rifle for that.. Low and behold a hunter is confronted because he is on someone else's property and he murders 6 people very fast, shooting some of them multiple times. I know its people who kill people, guns don't but some of those guns makee it a lot easier to kill multiple people fast.
