Where it is real F ing COLD
For some odd reason I'm craving a Mc D's cheeseburger. Haven't had one in a long time and don't plan to. This sucks not falling back to sleep having to work soon. Just spent time looking over pictures of my friends and still can't believe they are gone. The thoughts of what ifs and what we would be doing or talking about. I guess it's something you never get over but more something you get used to. Well at least I'm back to eating it's been about 40 days of poor appetite. 40 days, that went by as fast as a snap.
Maybe it's the football season approaching and fantasy football that has uplifted me this week. The smell of football is in the air even though it's going to be 90 here tomorrow. (record breaking for this far north this time of year.) We even have many trees turning fall color which are beautiful yet depressing that another summer is passing by. A summer I'll never forget!

Another crappy thought just entered my mind. The trees turning color reminds me that the boat will have to be put away for the summer.:( One of my prized possessions and there it will go, locked up til the snow is gone which could be March, April, or even May. Well at least I can cut holes in the ice. Fish coming out of ice cold water taste the best. Yum!!

I'm still up too and it's 2am here in Calif. Can't sleep either. My GF and I broke up a week ago and it's killing me inside. I just don't get women sometimes, or most the time....

Oh yes, hang in there, women are very hard to understand sometimes. Time will heal that pain, may not seem like it now but it will. I truly believe dealing with women causes men to live less years. Well like I said hang in there it will pass, don't chase her that's my advice.

Every girl type friend I've spoken to has said the same thing. Don't call or text or contact her in any way. Really difficult to do, but if I want her back, I have to take the advice of you and all these women. It's good advice.

cure for not sleeping soundly: Go to the health food store and purchase L-tryptophan. Take it before bedtime with 10 mg of b-6 and 200 mg of vitamin c. 1-2 grams of tryptophan should do it.It won't work without these co-factors. It also won't work if you've eaten protein inside of three hours of bedtime, protein blocks the neuro-receptors needed to transport the tryptophan. Tryptophan is the stuff in turkey that makes everyone sleepy after thanksgiving dinner. It is also found in milk and it'S sleep inducing effects are more pronounced after warming the milk. The old wives tale of drinking warm milk when you can't sleep actually has a scientific basis. (There was a contaminated batch from Japan that killed 22 people in the late 80's and the fda pulled tryptophan from the market for a number of years, but it was the contaminate that killed the people, not the tryptophan. The drug companies wanted this natural sedative off the market because it works better and safer than the crap they are selling. Anyone using ambien or other similiar products will find the use of tryptophan far superior.) No drug hangover,u go to sleep quickly and its non addictive.
