Ed reed was clearly offsides on the two point conversion yet no penalty. Baltimores last drive of the game they call a holding penalty on sf on 3rd and 8 everyone says it was a great call. Now on fourth down the ravens hold 10 times worse the guy has both arms wrapped around crabtrees body holding him. Crabtree pushes the defensive back in the head trying to get him off of him because he can not get away he is holding him with two hands. You read the recap it said it looked like incidental contact. Are you fing serious incidental contact that is about blatant of holding you could possible do.

All I gotta say if that was a penalty on sf on that 3rd and 8 the hold in the endzone was 10 times worse and no call.

You better believe if that were Peyton Manning, Aaron Rodgers, or Tom Brady they throw the flag in the endzone no problem.:0008

Oh ya and I guess you can push the ref and not get a penalty or kicked out of the game.

Now I know SF had chances to win the game they have nobody to blame but themselves. However, these were blatant plays that were not called:0002

Sounds like a typical Steelers fan.

:mj07:

Did the refs tell the niners to run those four horrible plays on that last drive?

How were the refs responsible for the niners getting their ass handed to them until the lights went out?

The refs missed two calls on the first drive that helped the niners it goes both ways.

what did the Niners being down by 22 have to do with holding in the endzone??????

i said the niners killed themselves they had chances to win the game

i am talking about crucial game changing calls

do you really believe ed reed was not offsides on the 2pt conversion....that was fing crucial

do you really believe on ravens last drive that was a penalty yet on 4th and goal with both arms wrapped around the guy thats not a hold...that is a fing crucial call

how does a no call in the first half become crucial

come on man your a joke

if you really believe ed reed was not offsides and that was not a hold there your a fing moron...those are crucial fing game changing events late in the 4th....a 1st quarter non call is not fing crucial when the game is not on the line

a typical east coast delusional

You 4got to mention when San Fran Hit Joe Flacco a good 2 feet out of Bounds which would have given the Ravens an automatic 1st down, but was never called & like you said had that been: Manning, Brady that would have been called!! 2nyte the better team won.

Superbowl

Superbowl

A few things i've noticed 2nyte after watching sports center:

1. No Gatorade bath for the winning coach, I wonder if there was a prop. bet for that

2. No presentation of the MVP tropy for Flacco, i saw him holding the lombardi, but never the MVP & didn't they use to give the mvp a car or sumthin?

DIME:shrug:

Great game tho & San Fran will be a force to rekon with in the years to come........imo

Bad calls went both ways IMO.

Was a great game, and I thought it was 100% decided on the field and the better team last night won. San fran may win the next 5 times, but last night baltimore clearly outcoached and outplayed them IMO

To say it was anything less isn't fair to them...as a steeler fan I am sure you know the feeling with the superbowl win over the seahawks.

Steelers were better team but lots say the refs won it.

No different here but that's just my opinion.

I agree it could have been a holding call, but coulda been a lot of calls last night

Just my opinion nothin more

Tori Smith was held in the first quarter for a guaranteed touchdown with no call also. I think the refs did a great job tonight. Also in the replay, it seems that Williams didn't pusher ref. it was just an odd angle from what I saw. Great way to end the year

I felt it was holding on the last SF play but the ref probably didn't want to make such an enormous call in the biggest game of all. Crabtree was pushing off as well. As stated above however, Baltimore deserved the win... Controlled the game early and showed a lot of Moxie hanging on when the momentum pendulum swung over to SF in the second half. Outstanding coaching by John H again. Just as he did two weeks ago out coaching Bill B (the arrogant ass) in New England. Ravens clearly the best team and rightful champ.

I hate both teams
I loved the total and forced myself to bet the better team 9 times out of every 10 games
Well I was on the wrong side
Yea Game Changing Calls were not called
Yea if it were a Big Time QB throwing the Pass at the end a Flag most def would have been thrown
The Ravens got breaks all through our the Post Season they had the Magic on there side and u can't beat that

Bad calls happen all year long and in playoffs and superbowls 49ers lost the game in 1st half

IF it was closer 1st half instead of 21- 6 then SF would have won.

the replay showed Flacco was heading out of bounds but had not touched one foot out of bounds yet on that hit.

To clarify I don't agree there was any kind of bias... just that they didn't have the most qualified ref available and that there were more blown calls (on both sides) than average.

Dislike both teams and in saying that the REFS were absolutely awful.....Baltimore should have had many calls that were never called and guys tossed out of the game for their bullshit.
