For those that don't know, I'm in a wheelchair paralyzed from the neck down, and therefore have several people that work for me called personal care assistants. Over the 20 + years I've made very few errors hiring people with good character and honest etc. only twice I've had to fire people for stealing, which these days 2 out of probably 100 isn't that bad.

Now this happens, I would rather someone steal $2000 then this piece of jewelry, because it meant something to me and can't be replaced.

So I know how you feel, sorry for rambling on. Good luck finding your ipod.

Kinda puts things in perspective when lawtchan can get up and go buy another one.

Some ppl don't know how lucky they are and then to talk about murdering someone over leaving a expensive IPOD where ppl are obviously watching in a locker room.

You probably feel if someone's home get burgalrized b/c they left the door unlocked then it's their own fault.

Law a guy came up to a job site i was on and wanted to sell some nice stuff. A guy bought a really nice level (the kind you sight with) The guys leaves and i say to him "man how could you spend that kinda doe you don't know what condition its in. It was all nice and neatly shrinkwrappped. Low in behold he open it and there was a pile of shit (junk) in the box. He got screwed big time. By the way the guy who stole it didn't need it. He needs cash so i think someone is getting a nice deal on your ipod.
