Take a zanax bro, we have all been there! I broke my hand three different times breaking shit, ain't goin to tell you what I hit, but it felt good everytime till the next morning.
I punched a hole in our bathroom door two weeks ago, needless to say, my wife wasn't impressed and I got in trouble!
I have broke several remotes over the years because of fantasy football playoffs:scared never hit the wall though, did throw the telephone against the wall a few years ago when I lost a big bet on someone, can't remember though
Combination of a bet and my fantasy QB throwing several picks! Haven't bet since!
it was a combo of the Bronx losing after pulling even and the Colts giving up and deflating almost all of my playoff hopes...I would like to have knocked out the Pats one more time...
I actually won money on the game closing my teases with Philly and taking the Bronx on the side...sometimes i wonder if I care too much...
