THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS AT FINDING INFORMATION

Do you happen to know the playoff scenario's from a legit site/source?

I have read 2 contrasting reports which have the steelers playoff quest listed differently

if they win and the jets lose to the pats, are the steelers locked in atleast the 6 spot>?

With two weeks left in the 2015 regular season, the scenarios surrounding theAFC Playoff Picture can be long and tedious. The teams who will punch their ticket to the postseason party are nearly complete, but how these teams fall in the final seedings has yet to be seen.
Currently, the Pittsburgh Steelers hold the 6 seed in the Playoff Picture heading into Week 15. On Tuesday, we highlighted what needs to happen for the Steelers to grab the No. 5 seed in the playoff race, and today we will break down how Pittsburgh could actually claim the No. 2 seed and a first round bye.

Scenario to claim the No. 2 seed:
Week 16:
PIT wins over BAL +
KC wins over CLE +
DEN wins over CIN

Week 17:
KC loses to OAK +
CIN loses to BAL +
PIT wins over CLE +
DEN loses to SD

In this scenario, the Steelers would claim the No. 2 seed, get a first round bye, and would host all games in the AFC Playoffs unless they had to play the New England Patriots in the AFC Championship game.
As you read through this scenario you are probably thinking, "What are the odds of this really happening?" Well, to be honest, the odds aren't good, but that doesn't mean it couldn't happen. Crazier things have happened. Fans might recall in 2013 a long list of scenarios which needed to take place for Pittsburgh to make the postseason, and they were a 42-yard Ryan Succop field goal away from punching their ticket to the playoffs with an 8-8 record.
Stranger things have happened, but Week 16 will make the picture a lot clearer for the Steelers, and their fans, in terms of their final positioning in the AFC Playoffs.

thanks for posting this, Jack. I hope Pittsburgh can finish strong. Their offense can play with anybody, but their secondary is awful. I still think they would be a dangerous team in the playoffs...:00hour

Guy on was on, I believe CBS radio from Vegas Casino said that currently on a neutral field, the Pittsburgh Steelers would be favored over ANY team in the league.

Not sure I believe that but suppose it could be true.

Carolina, pats, zona, seattle, Denver

Those would all be close to a pickem I would think, but he said favored....

Jack your +900 has a legit shot if you believe him....cannot remember his name though

Only thing is, they won't be on a neutral field to get to the big game. I like their chances so as hard as it is for me to say, I'm a Steelers fan until they lose.

And a few weeks ago the only thing I was really looking forward to was the Ravens beating the Steelers asses but I have a big bet on the Steelers so that's out now.

I`m with you there buddy...they`re dangerous but they wouldn`t be favored over Carolina or Arizona right now(probably not seattle ,either)...maybe not even cincy with Dalton ,imo.....those teams actually have secondaries(yeah,I`m aware of mathieu)...
