On the course!
Wouldn't you be tired of hearing about how you can never beat a team in their house? This is the best Detroit team to come around in a very long while. They held the Packers in check earlier in the year, and this game means winning the Division, for Christ's sake!

GBs offense has looked like shit 2 weeks in a row. This defense probably isn't the cure for that.

I think we will see a slow start from the Packers again today, just like the past couple games.

I know it`s probably square as hell but I disagree(not so sure this lion team is as good as the record would indicate)..the lions have played a total of 5 winning teams this year and two of them are 8-7(bills and dolphins).......they`re 2-3 vs the winning teams...the two wins were at home very early on vs the packers(pre rodgers R-E-L-A-X statement) and at home by 4 vs the dolphins(when the lions were coming off a bye)......and it took a last ditch do or die drive to win that game...

their schedule is verrry soft...I`ve never been much of a Stafford believer....they`re only averaging 15 ppg on the road(you`d think that number would be better given all the offensive talent they have)....

if the lions can go into lambeau and stop Rodgers there(thereby beating him twice this season),i`ll gladly pay the man(the repercussions of a green bay loss on their chances of making a serious playoff run are dire,to say the least....see old school`s thread)....otherwise,i`m using green bay in some way, shape or form...

btw..the pack`s last 2 games were on the road....seems like the green bay offense is a different animal on it`s home grass.....check their sched....their home offensive stats are pretty impressive...

I know stats without context don`t mean much, but, the most points that Detroit scored on the road this year is 24...the least that the pack scored at home is 26......to say a Detroit win here would be incredible isn`t an understatement...

homecourt means quite a bit to many teams in the nfl...but,it is the nfl and anything can happen...

Where it is real F ing COLD
only argument I will have in Detroit's favor. Green Bay is known for padding up the big stats against weak defensive minded teams but the top defenses have given Rodgers fits this year. Detroit also has weapons at the tight end with a healthy regggie bush, packers have a bad bad bad linebackers core and may struggle against those players

If I'm wrong, I'm wrong. Been there plenty of times!

Detroit has only given up more than 17 points THREE games this year, and they won two of those games!

I'm not saying they will beat the Pack today. If that were the case......I would have made that the play. I think the game starts out slow, with the Lions hanging in there early.

This is a first half wager.

I'm seeing a 10-13 game at worst for the half. I'd love to see 0-0!

The one thing that scares me in a match up like this, is a defensive/special teams score, running that total over!
