My point was that it seems that someone dubbed in the voices afterwards and that might not have been the conversation at all. Of course, I'm skeptical of anything on the internet these days. Might not have been a real police officer at all.:shrug:

I have seen this footage on those 'funniest cops stories' or whatever they are called. They had the police officer on the show and interviewed him.
