I would eat kale and collard greens every day of my life. The nutritional content is off the chart, PLUS they curb your appetite. You may find it more and more easier to say, "Naaa, no thanks" to things like pizza, burgers, fries, etc.
Takes a bit of discipline (food preparation) and re-arranging the fridge, but I think it's well worth the effort.
