MAGIC +4 (5*),ML+155 (2*) -- T-Mac vs. Vince. I think that if Vince played a more aggressive offensive style he could be the NBA's best. However, he keeps trying to develop his outside touch. This is a mistake IMO, he has one of the most explosive steps to the basket and should go there more often. T-Mac is arguably the NBA's best and I think he'll show it tonight. Prediction: Vince struggles in his first game back, McGrady gets 30. Magic by 2.
NETS -1 (4*) -- Kidd and Nets show tonight that they are the best team in the east and get the road W.
WIZARDS +8 (4*) -- The Blazers are playing some damn good basketball lately. Wizards have been struggling mightily. If the Blazers were really pumped up tonight, I think they could kill the Jordanless Wizards. However, I just don't see the motivation for the Blazers to do this. The absence of Jordan has a doubling effect of making this a very strong play. I think the Wizards try to show tonight that they can compete without MJ and they will give a very strong effort. Blazers, in the middle of a road trip, have little motivation other than to win the game.
BUCKS +4 (3*) -- A lot of people like Boston in this spot. I don't. Both teams are playing good ball. I'll take the four points in a game that could go either way.
BULLS +11.5 (3*) -- I have Detroit winning by 8. I like the value of getting 3.5 extra points. Jalen and the Bulls hang close.
