dogs are not kids...dog dies you get another one, kid dies you never get over it :shrug:

maybe it was a one time thing to put that husky in the box, maybe it was made for a yorkie or some other ankle biter :shrug: I always put my dog in the back seat with a harness and a seat belt when I had a dog, so there you go...

Ok....

I have no problem with working dogs (beagles, labs, hounds, etc.) being put in a secure dog box/kennel in the back of a pickup truck. They are safe, and if in an accident, are no worse off than the human driver.

This picture, however, depicts a situation where even the smallest of rear end accidents will result in a dead dog. This is blatantly wrong to me, and it doesn't even compare to a dog box.
