He was splintering the CIA which would have destroyed the Military Industrial Complex that has ruled the world for over 50 years now. He was also pulling out of Vietnam with NSM#263 that had all troops out of Vietnam by end of 1965, he signed that a few weeks before he was murdered. No more than 4 days after JFK was murdered NSM#283 was signed by Johnson that sent over 550,000 troops to Vietnam and cost over 60,000 amercan lives.
