In the TV show Frasier, he has a similar dog named "Eddie". I find this dog to fit like a glove with Eddie's demeanor, especially towards others politically, which is all bark and no bite....

If I recall correctly, Martins dog Eddie was quite intelligent and playfull. As a dog, I would rather be likened to Eddie on Frazier. Based on your post, you seem to fit in with Cujo.
In addition, I would rather by bark than bite, politically speaking. You see I don't feel the need to shoot, beat up, destroy or otherwise maim anyone who politically disagrees with me. Unless of course, your speaking intellectually.
