everything that I can find says head will be able to play and although not 100% still pretty mobile. If hes' healthy enough to be effective i think illinois can get payback from a few years ago.

arizona has the advantage inside, but I don't think it's enough for them to win the game. The outside game of AZ has to shoot pretty darn well. The 3 guards of illinois will zone a little and man enough on stoudamire where i think he will be defended harder than he has all year. the guy is nails so it wouldn't surprise me to see him have a big game, but this illinois team can stop him if any team can. If illinois can stay close on the rebounding stats they can win. i don't think they can outrebound em, but i think if its not a ridiculous margine they can win by 7 or 8.

Head completely SHUT DOWN UWM best shooter McCants. McCants was hot coming into the Illinois game and Head played terrific shut down defense despite the sore hammy. He will play no doubt but just won't be 100%. Less than 100% Head is prob. better than most NCAA players as evidence of his play on Thur. I agree with your Illinois pick and the defense and combo of 3 superstar guards for Illinois will make the difference in this game.

Hopefully for our sake, Frye's play is neutralized with Augustines play. And that quite possibly could happen!

BTW, you gotta respect Illinois even more now that 3 BIG TEN teams reached the ELITE 8!!!!
