Someone sent this in an email to me, so I have no idea about the credibility of the source.

The story is here: http://americaspeaksink.com/2010/07/alert-giant-hole-in-floor-of-gulf-revealed-on-msnbc/
The gist of the story is in the 1st two paragraphs:
July 15, 2010 on the Dylan Ratigan Show on MSNBC, it was reported by Matt Simmons that there is a giant hole miles away from the pipe we have all been watching that is filling the Gulf of Mexico up with crude oil and other gases. It was the very first time anyone in the mainstream media has admitted knowledge of a hole in the floor of the gulf, which is mostly responsible for all this crude oil in the water.
Matt was so upset that the rest of his colleagues were reporting that the oil has been stopped from leaking in the gulf. He could not hold back his disgust and said that it is time to end this lie. He said that the 7-inch pipe wasn?t responsible for the oil tearing apart the gulf. He also declared that it is not physically possible for that pipe to have released this much and BP knows it.
Is it true??? What are your sources telling you?
