FatBoy quote:" Well I do not believe it was faulty intelligence. I think the intelligence was molded to what Bush and company wanted it be."

i disagree with you on this. i think the blame for this war lies primarily at the feet of saddam & the intelligence agencies of the u.s., britain & other countries that believed saddam had wmd's based on their respective intelligence agencies.

in bob woodward's book about this issue, woodward was present when bush met with tenant about the wmds.woodward quotes bush with asking tenant something like,"is this all you ha
ve". meaning the evidence wasn't enough to go to war.and woodward goes on to quote tenant saying something to like not to worry it's a slam dunk

along with the above info that bush was given he was told twice by putin that his intelligence agency had info that saddam was going to attack the u.s. some way or another.

i think given all of the info that was given to bush he did the right thing.

btw,i still think that saddam had wmd's.i can't beliv
e somebody with his personality wouldn't have had any wmd's.and according to israeli intelligence, the wmd's were shipped to syria right before the war.

I didn't know Clinton was running again? Is it possible that there may be someone out there who dislikes both Clinton and Bush? Why do you feel the need to defend this war by pointing out wars and events that you were obviously against at the time they happened?

I'd rather believe the Government than the completely biased left wing media that you take as gospel... How do you left wing pukes get so unbelievable unpatriotic?... Please tell me, I must know?... It makes me sick!.. What has to happen for you all to understand that we are at War... The security of our family, friends, religions, and the American way of life are at stake....

I wasn't this colossally indignant when Clinton disgraced himself, his family, The Presidency, and the entire nation.. I supported the way Clinton handled Milosevic, and generally believe that he did more right then he did wrong...

Bottom Line.. Saddam Hussein/Iraq was an eminent threat to the security of this nation. Do you honestly believe that this tyrant has not aided and abetted terrorist activity. Do you honestly believe that based on all the evidence of WMD that has been associated with this Coxsucker that our attack wasn't justifies?

You democrates have a better chance of getting the Pope to smoke a bowl than you do of getting John Kerry elected president. You want to know why... Because the majority of loyal American people know that President Bush will do a better job of protecting this country. He isn't concerned with world opinion, political repercussions, or kissing anyones ass... He is concerned with protecting this country!

John Kerry is a "Professional Politician" who hasn't got the balls... The sooner you liberal ingrates stop taking things for granted and realize that our very way of life is in jeaperdy, the better off you will be.....

Rosie O'Donnell wanna beeees.......

Question: What is the truest definition of Globalization?

Answer: Princess Diana's death.

Question: How come?

Answer: An English princess

with an Egyptian boyfriend

crashes in a French tunnel,

driving a German car

with a Dutch engine,

driven by a Belgian who was drunk

on Scottish whisky, (check the bottle before you change the spelling)

followed closely by Italian Paparazzi,

on Japanese motorcycles;

treated by an American doctor,

using Brazilian medicines.

This is sent to you by an American,

using Bill Gate's technology,

and you're probably reading this on your computer,

that uses Taiwanese chips,

and a Korean monitor,

assembled by Bangladeshi workers

in a Singapore plant,

transported by Indian lorry-drivers,

hijacked by Indonesians,

unloaded by Sicilian longshoremen,

and trucked to you by Mexican illegals.....

Do not ask questions- especially if its about John Kerry's Medals from Viet Nam.

I'm sure things would be Nirvana if Gore were in charge. *sarcasm mode off*

djv,

I haven't a clue as to what you mean when you say "we you and me and everyone else will get to pay his bill"?...

If your talking about the amount of money we have spent defending our country I guess all I can say is extraordinary events call for extraordinary expenditures.... Don't worry.. We'll get some of the money back from Iraqi oil revenues.. :grins: ;)

I'm sure the federal government appreciates the $20 a month you provide from your paper route?.... :com:
