If he has no shot to catch JN, then why does it matter if he plays? I know one thing, golfers worldwide owe Woods for the major purse and endorsement increases. Furthermore, there won't be anything like Woods again, at least not for a long time. Generational talents , by definition, are few and far between.
I think he will win another major or 2 in the next 10 years, but agree that he is too broken down physically to catch JN
I am going to miss him this weekend, tiger makes golf more fun to watch :shrug: I don't think he breaks Jack's record either, I think he wins a couple more in the next 10 or so years and then retires
When Feherty interviewed Furyk, he asked him (in so many words), Who's the best you've ever seen? Furyk said, Tiger. He can do it all. Draw, fade, control the height of the shot. Really amazing stuff.
