I hate cliches, but one I actually do like -- or dislike when my team does it, is playing "not to lose"

Bonds = 3 BB = 3 RUNS = SF win by three

If you do not walk bonds, and he hits a homerun in 1 of those 3 AB's, and makes an out the other two -- Stros win.

What a joke.

Then, Dierker has the GALL to put in the farm system during a PENNANT race.....sure enough, the stros almost come back and win.

Pisses me off. I am going to Enron again tomorrow, and you better believe this -- Dr. Freeze will be hoarse by the end of the game because he is going to be booing.......

Dr. Freeze....I was wondering what your take would be on this since you were at the game. I watched the game on ESPN and I agree at some point they have to take their chances and pitch to Bonds. Giants made them pay when they walked him. Bonds did strike out in his first at bat.....I have to admit I'm a Giants fan so I didn't mind the end result,but I did get a little nervous at the end of the game.
Enjoy the game tomorrow and let's hope Bonds get's something to hit.
