I mean, poor Bobby Cutts Jr., he needs their support. I'm sure Cutts had nothing to do with that girl's murder. I'm sure Al and Jessie will be crying, "He was framed by whitey!"

If this was a white guy that killed a black, pregnant girl, can you just imagine?

I just heard Geraldo saying, "Peterson said the same thing, saying that his wife knew about the blonde whore(insert names)". Taped interview with Cutts just a minute ago, "Yeah, my wife knew about Jessie".

I'm glad the family will get to bury their daughter instead of no closure.

I'm just venting. I wanted to express my thoughts with other words but this will have to do.

Oh, please don't come in here and start yelling, "Innocent until proven guilty". This guy ain't O.J.

Vegas Baby !!
Just moved to Vegas from Ohio. She lived less than 20 minutes from me. How sad.

He has always been a POS, and should get the Chair/Needle.

Thank God for the DEATH PENALTY !!

Nole,
As you probably already know I am a supporter of the decision in the O.J. case. I only state that and feel that way because I do not believe that the prosecution proved BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT that he was indeed guilty. That being said, I don't really care what people think of that. Most of the statements made to me after my posting that O.J. was innocent were childish and uninformed so it doesn't bother me when stupid people act the only way they know how, stupidly. However, that does not have anything to do with this case.
What I don't understand is how so many people make statements like give him the chair and thank God for the death penalty when the man hasn't even been afforded a trial, let alone a fair one. People should be very careful what they ask for. The Justice system in our country is very slow and somewhat antiquated but it is an inalienable RIGHT of all citizens. It never ceases to amaze me when people are willing to forget about that right and suspend their rights as long as it isn't them that is to stand trial. They are not the ones that are on trial for their life. Now I guarantee, someone would have said something stupid like "I don't have to worry about it I didn't kill my wife" if I didn't already mention it. It is utterly ridiculous that people sit in judgment of others when they have absolutely no facts in the matter. You and the rest of us only know what the press and the police allow us to know. Let me ask you is that the justice system applied correctly? Is that how you would want it applied if you were arrested? Would you want your rights suspended and be put to death because the Sponge thinks you ought to be? Did you visit the crime scene? Do you have all the facts in this case? You and everybody else can call me whatever you want but let me assure you of one thing if it was one of our MJ'ers children or family member on trial, their song would change very quickly.

It just astounds me that people are so willing to give up their Constitutional Rights. Of course, only when they aren't being taken from themselves personally, only when the suggestion is to remove them from someone else do you get the "kill 'em" comments. That is my issue. People are judged in the media anymore and everyone is ok with that apparently, well I am not.
I have only read the media stories on this subject and do not have an opinion of guilt one way or the other. She was not exactly a "God and Community" type but still very difficult for the family to deal with such a tragedy. Would never want to get the news of something like that in my family. Very tragic.

Fat:

Since we have 24 hour news, people are always being judged in the media and not the courtroom. People love sound bites and don't have the patience for the tedious details. Shockingly I agree with some of your points.

One thing I learned a long time ago is that many people listen to confirm not to learn. Sad. From the title of this thread I was going to ask you for whom did the Reverends Sharpton and Jackson play?

Nole,

Would you want your rights suspended and be put to death because the Sponge thinks you ought to be? .

When did i become the guy that is in a rush to judge someones fate? Im against the death penalty for the simple fact that we have to many shady people with a lot of power who will abuse it in a blink of an eye. Just asked some poor Muslim who got caught in the crossfire.
But now i have to go with my boy Double D who say's the guy is a piece of chit so now im a little bias. I cannot be on this jury because Double D tainted my views about this killer i mean cop.. Oh on another note there was never in the history of trials , more evidence than there was against OJ Slicer. The only doubt i had was how much blood did OJ leave at the crime scene. I thought it was only two gallons but then i heard 4.

Everything you post from now on has absolutely zero credit. Anyone with half of a brain knows OJ is guilty.

Hell I don't know
Oj may be and probably is guilty... but that was not proven beyond a reasonable doubt to the jury because LAPD screwed up (a lot) while collecting evidence and securing the crime scene. The system is definately not perfect but I think its a hell of a lot better than most countries.

As soon as Cutt's led them to the body of Jessie, in the shallow grave, they should have blown his PHUKKIN' head off, and had him take Jessie's place in the shallow grave.

Being 10 minutes from that area, I have a lot of connections. Apparently , some of the calls that he received that pesuaded him to confess, ( and cause his family to hole up in a local motel), came from some members of the Cleveland KKK.

Cutt's is a b!tch. He wanted to assault Nikki Giavassis when she dumped him. He went to her house, kicked down the door, found Shawn Kemp on the couch, then ran out like the LITTLE B!TCH he is.

I feel sorry for the family, but....................when you lay with married THUGS, this will ALWAYS be a possibility !! Thank GOD that Ohio has the death penalty. :bigun:

And that determination was made by...................you?
Okay...........I will accept that...............on one condition......................within thirty seconds of you reading this post..........you yourself post some compelling argument as to how you came to that conclusion. Not some meaningless drivel that will only lead to the solidification of what my present thoughts are on how this very well might go. Also since you obviously post here often enough and apparently follow my work enough to have given me "cred" in the first place, try to give us all enough credit to actually meet the thirty second deadline and not simply log out, start scribbling, log back in, and post some stupid statement about blood this and blood that because if you don't have your facts straight..............let's just say...don't. Clock is ticking and thanks for reinforcing my faith in you smart guys....tick tock.........say something smart now!

Are you suggesting that she was asking for it?

She knew of his past. She knew of the other women and children. She chose to lay with him anyways. He IS a married man, and this is her 2nd child with him during his marriage. He has a restraining order against him from at LEAST one other girl. She knew what this wanna be playa & thug was about.

She may not have asked for it, but she didn't avoid it.

I have often wondered why he had his boy ride him around in the bronco threatening to kill himself:shrug: I know it is not the defenses job to prove innocence but was this ever explained.(I think I know, but would love to hear).

So far the only thing I know for sure--Spaying and neutering--should not be confinded to just pets-- -
--considering cost of trial--probable cost of incarceration--potential gov aid for children and surviving wifes/girlfriends--quite amazing how much one deadbeat can bilk the taxpayor out of--

CANTON, Ohio ? Any look at the life of Bobby Cutts Jr. has to include the women and children in it.

His oldest daughter, Taylor, was born out of wedlock to a girlfriend in 1997. A younger daughter, Breonna, was born to another woman in 2001, shortly before Cutts married her.

His son, 2-year-old Blake, was born to girlfriend Jessie Davis while Cutts was separated from his wife. Relatives say Cutts and Davis were due to have another daughter, Chloe, early next month.

OK - what are we going to base this on? Total thugliness or Total IQ or even better the square root of IQ/Thugliness?

This guy was a police officer too? Just one more reason I will never get out of my car late at night if I get pulled over. Sounds like a real drama though.
