Image Code Question

Why is my image code only turned on for some of the forums? Is there a way that I can turn it on or does a moderator have to do this?

I noticed that myself, it is not on in
the NBA room.

The mods have set it up that way. Images are not allowed in some forums. Not entirely sure why.
