It seemed to me that injuries to key players last year on defense caused a lot of problems. FS Woods will be back and could help improve the unit the most.

Report: Vikes may lose Bennett for season
EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. (SportsTicker) ? Minnesota Vikings running back Michael Bennett could miss the upcoming season following a setback to his surgically repaired left foot. Bennett had surgery this past spring after injuring the foot in a freak treadmill accident. Citing "sources close to the situation," the St. Paul Pioneer Press reported Thursday that the screw Bennett had inserted has broken.

I think the Falcons picking up Peerless Price will help, but not in the way many people do. I don't think Price is going to have a GREAT year, but he at least adds a deep threat. This will give Vick & Co. more space to pick apart a defense. Name one other offense where Brian Finneran would be an impact player. I think adding Price raises the level that the other receivers can perform. Give Vick time and space--he's probably going to beat you.

jake plummer. i absolutely do not like denver. however, i think jake is reborn in denver this year under shannahan. the cards have had no def,off line, and only one receiver almost every year plummer has been there. ray rhodes is a terrible def cord and he is gone. brian griese is a head case. plummer is an upgrade at qb and has more weapons than ever before. this is a make or break year for plummer, and i think the broncos ( much to my dissapointment) will be better.

When I saw this post the othwer day Denver was the first thing I thought about. You guys think Jake Plummer can prosper in Denver :shrug: I'm not saying he can't just not sold on him over Griese myself but, I guess time will tell

we will know in about 3 mos. he will have plenty of time to learn the system by then. maybe too harsh on griese. sometimes coaches just don't mesh w/ their qb's. however, it seems griese wasn't happy in denver ? anyone who follows the broncos could help here.
