On January 15th I have to give the casino an EXACT count of people attending.
If we go UNDER the count I give them, I have to pay whether you show up or not. If we go OVER the count I give them, I have to pay $200 per person extra and they will ONLY allow 6 people OVER the count I give them on the 15th.
I have 63 people on the list below. I suspect that all 63 on the list won't show and I also suspect that some, NOT ON THE LIST will show.
The sponsors are paying for madjacksports members and one guest, NO WAY are they willing to pay for a group of people that nobody knows.
For example; let's suppose some local with no posts or a newbie can't find anything to do at the last minute on superbowl sunday and decides to bring 8 of his friends. This ain't happening. I hope you understand.
We cannot have that so I am requesting that everyone who definitely will be there to send me your full name, address, phone number and property where you will be staying and the name, address and phone number of ONE guest you are bringing. You may bring ONE guest only unless prior arrangements have been cleared by me.
If I don't have you on the list and I don't have your name, address, phone number and place where you are staying, you will not get into the party.
THE DEADLINE IS JANUARY 15TH.
