When the officials ruled that when the penalty was declined (on the 4th and 15) then it can't be changed, they obviously didn't see the S.L./Chicago game yesterday, because that's exactly what happened.
The Rams players declined a penalty, the coach then ran out waving his arms and the official announced that the team had 'changed their minds' and would now accept the penalty!!
Not sure what the exact rule is, but 2 opposite rulings in 2 days.
Doesn't much sound like the officiating we're used to in the NFL now does it!
