...hey guys, i'm entering a bowl pool at the gf's place of work and the rules are simple. just pick the winner, no spread!!! ...then you rate the games 1-28 with 28 your strongest. you get the game right, you get that many points, you get it wrong, you lose that many points.


...my questions to the forum are:

Which underdogs do you think can/will win their game outright?

What would be your strongest play if you only had to pick winners?


I've already made K. St my strongest play and partially filled in a few other games, but haven't assigned any ratings except K. St.
I wanted to get some input from you guys before I filled in the rest.... All opinions are welcome. Thanks guys.

anthony, my last exam was monday night.... however, these most recent two (tax and partnerships) kicked me in the nuts!!! I'm just hoping that everyone else also did poorly so i'll get a slight curve on my poor grade. LOL


...as for the trip to mexico, dude it was awesome!!! never rained, temps always between 75 and 85 the entire week.... couldn't have been more beautiful. getting off the plane back in nashville into temps in the 30's was a jolt back into reality. will have to fill you in on the details via telephone though.... don't want to type a novel, ya know? won't be home tonight, but may try to give ya a call this weekend.... we'll see.


p.s. I did manage to get a few Cuban cigars back to Nashville though....


...back to the bowl game pool, i'm thinking of making va tech my 2nd strongest game, does anyone think that they lose outright to air force? :shrug:

...well, fellas, going into the last two games, i'm in 1st place by about 40 points and the little woman is in second!!! we could escape with 90% of the pot!!!

...thanks for the help guys.... i just wish i would have listened to those of you on minny. that game and the hawaii game were my two biggest losses, but i've gone 17-9 just picking winners and my losses were my lower ranked games....

...got both favs in the last two games and looks like even a split will get me the cash. just wanted to thank everyone for a great year. you're all classy individuals and this is the BEST DAMN HANDICAPPING SITE ON THE NET!!!!
