Rockland ? The so-called ring leader of a Suboxone smuggling operation in the Maine State Prison pleaded guilty to an amended charge of trafficking in drugs Nov. 6.

Paul Milardo, 42, is tentatively scheduled to be sentenced Dec. 4.
