Yep, better running game, better defense, and better special teams. Indy has a better QB and better receivers. Not enough to justify laying 7 in the Super Bowl. Chicago is the play.

I totally agree with this. I love taking underdogs in big games, especially when getting at least a TD. I think a solid matchup that favors the Bears in this contest will be special teams. Indy's kick return/kickoff coverage is horrible. Devin Hester could have a huge night. I just hope the line does not drop below 7......

This game reminds me of that nyg/bal superbowl - getting all of those points with that defense/special teams?!? If Grossman manages the game, this might get UGLY the OTHER way - (fla/tosu) Can you see Manning shrugging his shoulders looking to the sidelines after throwing a SECOND pick6?

oh, and bigfatlooza - YES! On that special teams td. I'd take that prop!

Bears + for me also. The AFC is supperior has been out there for quite a while now, I thought that way at first myself.
Would be nice to see the 80+ yr. old Virginia Mc Caskey be awarded one more S.B. Trophy.

It seemed to me NE was almost bored with that 21-6 halftime lead and interesting how they ended up covering - 3.5 by the HOOK :nono:

i'll take the 7. last year was first year a team covered 7 in quite some time. i think the pats won all of their sb by 3.....

having said all that. i still do not trust rex - he is good for a big turn over as well. also, the bears won't benefit from a shitty field.

we will know early. if the bears can run we should be ok.

definitley like the bears return game against the terrible colts coverage on kick offs.

also, bears def is better than pats.

my only fear is the bears needing grossman to come from behind, etc.

Now heres someone with a keen eye for the shennanigans. I think this game stays eerily close to the number. Looking for a 3-7 point Colt win. I really like the Bears early in this contest though. they should come out and win the battle at the line of scrimmage and score 1st. Theres a prop for ya. 1st team to score. Do the books offer that?
