Some people like sugar in coffee and I can't stand it. Kinda like ketchup on a hotdog. It'll probably work w/o sugar, just asking. :shrug:

Where is the fresh mint, at the grocery store?

I would make a batch (maybe a half batch) with this recipe and taste...then you know the baseline and you can experiment with some of the other suggestions.

we are able to grow mint ourselves in our climate but, you can buy at the store. I would suggest organic as you can be a little more sure it is not introducing any other tastes.
