I'd be careful with LSU Hawk. LSU is a lot better of course, but that is a rivalry game of sorts. I've seen some fairly close games in that series when one team is better. Tigers just polished off A&M and they know their going to a bowl game, so maybe not that much motivation for the Tigers other than to just win. The Hogs may be able to eat up enough clock to limit scoring also.

I wouldn't under estimate your boys, their getting less than a TD (considerably) for a reason.

I wondered about the Tigers--but think they have a much better QB. I want the Hawks to win baldy--they were
terrible last year. Seniors last game at home at Neb a big big deal there. Young QB for Hawks but he has played
well on the road. They need to get off to a good start, no TO's 1st half, not give up the big play--I think special teams
have a big role Friday. Go Hawks.
Really apprieciate your input--gl

hawkeye,

I'm with #cruncher, I really think Iowa will come out on top in Friday's game. For what it's worth I'm from the area and follow Neb pretty close, I don't see them winning this game. best of luck!

I didn't see the game but according to stats it looks like Iowa beat Michigan all over the field, much worse than the final score indicated. Maybe the young QB got his bad game out of his system. It should be a great game, to tough to call for me. With you on Mizzu game, could be a duplicate of the LSU/Aggie game.

Big advantage in the passing game for LSU, but if Arkansas can run the ball fairly well they might cover. Just depends on how fired up LSU is but I just can't see them being overly excited. I wouldn't put to much emphasis on LSU's manhandling of A&M; Aggies mainly a finess team and that played right into LSU's strength as the Tigers are fast and very athletic. A&M could have same problem at Mizzu, Mizzu has the bulk to.

I think iowa has played pretty well on the road this year.... tied with ohio state at half.... destroyed minny... the combined record of Iowa's opponents they lost to this year is like 41-3 I think I read...
