they need instant replay in baseball

we have seen a ton of blown calls this year

loved how cano was save by a mile there a first and called out

here is what i propose

can't use it for balls and strikes

only for outs, fouls, etc.

manager gets one per game

if he is found to be correct then he gets another

if he is found to be wrong, then the manager does not get another

i know umpire's union

blah blah

seems like it would be easy and quick
