not real crazy about the early card....but im giving this a shot....


1.) TRIBE plus $130....i realize colorado has killed lefties at home ...and good pitchers loose thier way sometimes at Colorado...its a tough place to pitch period never mind an opposing pitcher....Sabbathia does have one start at colorado and pitched well...one start isnt enough and there are a lot of variables we dont know about that start...(weather/day start etc.) .....but what i do know is that jennings has been inconsistent this year.......great one start to chitty the next...i'll give this one a shot at plus money...it isnt a very strong play but im hoping sabbathia puts in as good perfomance as his last start there and cleveland can score a couple of runs off jennings..

looks like one bad inning for sabbathia did him in...just got home from work ....thats too bad...but thats the chance you take playing a road team in colorado...


2.) FLORIDA ..PICK...LIKE THE WAY THIS TEAM PLAYS...LILLY IS EITHER LIGHTS OUT OR GETS SHELLED..WILLIS HAS BEEN SOLID AT HOME

3.) BOSTON/PITT OVER 9.5.....WOULDNT BE SURPRISED TO SEE BOTH STARTERS GET LIT UP....BUT BURKETT IS ON THE HOT SEAT RIGHT NOW SO HE MAY PITCH PRETTY WELL...BUT I HAVE SEEN HIM PITCH 4 HIT BALL INTO THE FIFTH THIS YEAR AND THEN GET HAMMERED FOR 5 RUNS IN AN INNING...NEITHER BULLPEN IS ABLE TO HOLD AN OPPONENT SCORELESS ...AND PITT'S PITCHING STAFF SIMPLY CANT CONTAIN THIS OFFENSE

4.) MINNY PLUS 105....I'LL TAKE LOHSE ON THE ROAD...THEY SHOULD HAVE WON THAT GAME LAST NIGHT

$ was lucky to escape with a push in the colorado game. They shud have taken Sabathia out of the game before they finally did.

ITS THE UNDER OR NOTHING IN THAT TORONTO GAME FOR ME...WILLIAMS IS LIGHTS OUT AT HOME...HENDRICKSON IS A BIG LEFTY WHO HAS DECENT ROAD NUMBERS...HIS ROAD ERA IS 3.37 BUT WHAT REALLY STUCK OUT TO ME LOOKING AT THIS GAME IS HIS NUMBERS ON GRASS OPPOSED TO TURF...IN GRASS GAMES HIS ERA IS ONLY 2.88 THAT IS A FAR CRY FROM HIS ERA AT HOME...

NOW THE CARDS HIT LEFTIES AT HOME AND THE JAYS CAN HIT RIGHTIES...SO THIS GAME CERTAINLY HAS THE POTENTIAL FOR AN OVER AS WE HAVE SEEN THE LAST TWO NIGHTS ...BUT IF WILLIAMS IS ON YOUR ASKING THE CARDS TO PUT THIS GAME OVER...AND I THINK MAYBE HENDRICKSONS NUMBERS ARE DECIEVING AND BLOATED BECAUSE HE JUST DOESNT PITCH GOOD AT HOME ON THE TURF....BUT THE NUMBERS SHOW HE HAS THE POTENTIAL TO KEEP THIS CARDS TEAM IN CHECK...ON THE ROAD ON GRASS

MAYBE A NICE DOG PLAY BUT I THINK THE TOTAL COULD GO EITHER WAY...BUT THEIR IS A BIG CONSENSUS ON THE OVER WHICH PUSHES ME TO THE UNDER HERE....I'LL PROBABLY PASS ON THAT TOTAL

thanx cooz .. . also the Umpire is not very helpful for the Overs.

If Woody is on then as u said its gonna be hard to get those runs. The only way the Over hits is if the bull pen steps in.

Am thinking about the Yanks Under. U interested in that one ? .

Have seen Hendrickson live pitch @ sky dome and he is pretty good - sometimes inconsistent but I think he is learning fast.

SPOCK TAKE A LOOK IF YOU HAVE THE CHANCE AT THE SOX' NUMBERS VS SUPPAN...OUTSTANDING..ESPECIALLY RAMIREZ AND HE IS IN A ZONE RIGHT NOW...IF SUPPAN ISNT ON TONIGHT BOSTON MAY SCORE 10 THEMSELVES...(LINE JUST MOVED TO 10 AT A LOT OF PLACES BY THE WAY)...SUPPAN HAS GOOD HOME NUMBERS BUT LOOKS LIKE HE IS BEGINNING TO FALTER FROM HIS GOOD START...THIS IS NOT THE LINEUP YOU WANT TO DO THAT AGAINST...THE QUESTION MARK IS BURKETT...HE HAS GOOD LIFETIME NUMBERS VS PITT....BUT THE CURRENT LINEUP IS A LITTLE DIFFERENT THAN THE ONES HE HAS FACED..I WOULD NOT BE SURPRISED TO SEE HIM PITCH VERY WELL FOR 3 -5 INNINGS THEN GIVE UP 4 OR 5 RUNS IN AN INNING OR TWO...BUT THEN AGIAN WE ALWAYS COULD SEE A 4-1 GAME SINCE THE FIRST TWO WENT OVER...LOL

Great discussion going here guys, I'm bummed I was AFK until now. I really have no feelings either way on the BoSox game, I have a real hard time getting a feel for these Pirates. My gut says Pitt and Under, but I'm not touching this game. Good luck! Hopefully the Over hits for ya.

BTW, :topic: but did you notice the sudden drop on the Over in the hockey game?? The last few games I'd say there were at least 4, 5 posts or cross-bars hit in the game. It's still +130 at Pinnacle, I think it's worth a shot. Wanted to get your thoughts on it. My local's so scared of this total he took it off the board, LOL.:lol: :scared
