I was lucky and learned the ins and outs of the Reno sports book world from some fellow handicappers I met at Cal Neva Sportsbook. I have a lot of crazy stories from the early days of my move to Nevada.

How much was a "Dog & a Draft" back then? I was surprised last time I went to the sportsbook that it had sorta been remolded.

Dog and Draft for. 50 cents for awhile. Then moved to $1.00 I got sick of eating hot dogs, used to give em away just for the beer. It worked both ways, a lot of tourists just wanted the dog so we cashed in on the free beer. :toast:
