the announcers said it had to be on the offense as Iowa's db did nothing and the offense players had a hold of the Iowa players arm as they went up for ball. lol what a fucking joke another game decided by a official. May have cost Iowa a shot at the Big Ten title with a win here against Purdue and it would of set up a match with Northwestern.

regs changed the outcome of the colorado/arizona game last night as scores was close and they call a horse
collar tackle on colorado (player actually grabbed jersey about 12" down from top of jersey and pulled runner down) and would have set up a punt from deep in arizona's territory, but 15 yard penalty and arizona went on to score a td to put them ahead.
