Iowa ST -19 anyone have any toughts?
kansas has half their team misisng and they are terrrible to begin with. Iowa St could have a big let down after beating texas

despite how bad Kansas is, this reminds me a ton of Iowa St the week after they beat Nebraska, also on the road, last year. Big post-game lockerroom speach goes on the internet, everyone is talking about Paul Rhodes being a great for that program (which he is) and then they fall flat the next week.

I will likely have a small play on Kansas and the points.

Iowa St is laying nearly 3 TDs off of a HUGE win and has Nebraska on deck. I would not lay a nickel on Clones in this spot.....

Have you seen Kansas play? They're a joke and now starting their 3rd string QB. I would either play Iowa State or pass. Kid has never taken a snap in a Division I game. Not to mention KU's defense has given up 159 points to Baylor, Kansas State, and Texas A&M the past 3 weeks...

I hear ya. I have a tendancy to fade teams in Iowa State situ. It has worked out very well for me over the years, although is has definitely been less effective the past 3 seasons.

I agree, this spot is terrible for Iowa State, but Kansas is by far the worst football team from a BCS conference and the kids have quit since their coach installed the "No Woman after 10 PM" and "No Cussing"

Might be the worst policies I've ever heard for football players. Sounds like they're trying to raise priests instead.

Despite their loss to ND State and the recent blowouts, I still give this distinction to Wazzou, who's only victory was against 1AA Montana State, after a 4th quarter comeback. Kansas' upset of GaTech, albeit obviously a mirage, puts them ahead of Wazzou in my mind.

Is Wazzou and Kansas played 5 times on a neutral field, Wazzou wins 4 IMHO. I'm also a KU fan, but know when kids have literally thrown in the towel.

I don't care about any Isu situation. I have watched every ku game and they are the worst team I have EVER seen in the big 12, big 8, pac 10....anywhere...they will lose by 35 plus. Its Isu or nothing. Playing kansas is like burning money. I personally will be on the clones huge. They can let down and still kill this team 52--10 is my prediction. good luck

DD - in your opinion how much of KU's problems lie in the players not meshing with Gill and throwing in the towel as you state, and how much is it that the talent left by the fat man was well below adequate. Interested in your opinion on this as KU follower.

Yeah I was thinking more of a 50-10 game. I watched the last two Kansas games. 17 points at home pretty bad . Now a 3rd string on the road making his first start. Doesnt't sound like a good situation
I also havn't seen anyone post anything about ECU i like them +8 agains UCF. They looked great the last three games but against 3 mediocre teams.Think ECU can keep it within 7 .. cheers and good luck to everyone :toast:
