See many many posts about the Bears, is anyone on the Hawks at all? My dumb ass really thought the Bengals weren't a fraud anymore, silly me...

Do the Hawks have a chance without Alexander?

Can the Bears shutdown their offense?

Win or lose it won't be because of him. When is the last time he had a good game ? Not this yr. you have to go back pre supper bowl to find a good game.

Even if he doesn't have a good game, just having him as an offensive weapon gives you so many more options. :SIB

I am on Seattle at +3.5 for a good chunk. I don't think my Bears secondary can handle the Seahawks receivers. I will take a Bear win by 3. I am also leaning toward over.

good luck

seattle not having alexander won't much matter IMO

so far this year he has struggled:

vs Det- 19 rushes 51 yards 1 fumble 2.7 avg
vs Ari- 26 rushes 89 yards 3.4 avg
vs NYG- 20 rushes 47 yards 2.4 avg

for the year- 65 rushes 187 yards- 62.3 yards per game

mo morris is a change of pace from alexander

I am on da bears, but this is just a little info showing that alexander hasn't been having a MVP type season or anything

good luck

This is PRECISELY why I don't think the Seahawks can win. While it's true that Alexander wasn't having a great year, opposing defenses were gameplanning to shut him down, or at least trying to contain him. In other words, with him in there defenses have to worry about the balanced attack. Without him the Seahawks won't have much of a running game so they can't keep the Bears D honest. I like Morris a lot, but I don't think he has a chance in Hades of having much of an impact tonight. I envision the Hawks trying to get him going early and when it's not successful, almost completely abandoning the running game since the passing game will be their strength. Remember, Holmgren has had a history of doing that even with Alexander in the lineup. He's always been a West Coast offense, pass first kind of guy. And last but not least, Seattle is not a good road team. I don't give them much of a shot. I've been wrong before though...

Then again, the only time he TRULY runs hard is when there is a TD or record at stake. :mj07: In all seriousness though, I know what you're saying. Morris at 100% is every bit as good as Alexander has been. I just don't think either guy will/would have a big game tonight. I actually hoped Alexander would play because it wouldn't have affected the line so much. Oh well. Good luck.

BTW, what part of Seattle are you in? I'm in the Greenwood/Shoreline area myself...

bears ML here. wish when they were inside 10 would get a TD, that is frustrating to get first and goal and no TD.
