I am- I'm sad that Gus died though.

me too............what a great tv show, love the characters. Sofia Helins odd character had Aspergers Disorder which results in a very asocial behaviour. She doesn't know how to socialize or communicate in a normal fashion. She knows nothing about being diplomatic or "holding back". She's just barging in like a bulldozer.

I think its one of the best TV shows...thought for sure they saved Gus...think the acting and scenes of El Paso-Juarez are great..
But Det Sonya with her asperger syndrome is what people need to see....as a principal of a high school for years we dealt with many students that didn't respond to teachers, some rules,etc...I even suspended some of these students..until I went to a conference about asperger..wow...blew me away..some of those kids I was dealing with had so many problems with social interaction,communication,etc...educators got a lot better the past 15 years in dealing with aspergers but I still had teachers kicking kids out of class...but that ended when I showed them a great movie about aspergers and had guest speakers on our opening conference day...watching Sonya brings back some memories...the director of the "Bridge" let did a masterful job with Sonja..my wife and others all thought in the 1st and 2nd show "she is weird"...but I said after the 1st show she has some form of aspergers...I was right..great show...watch it on demand if you missed it..

i tried but found the lead character(diane kruger) too annoying...loved the laid back mexican detective (ruiz) and almost hung with it just because i thought he was a realistic, interesting character.....always enjoy ted levine...

might have made a mistake by giving it the boot...can always go back and catch up with on demand...but i doubt i could watch the kruger character week in and week out...

but that`s me...enjoy...

Give it a second chance gardenweasel, her character gets better and better. She's very talented in her role.
