If they lose this game I think it is very soon, almost took phils today but stuck to my guns and shut down been a bad week for me and broke my rules once and almost did again.
I have to be kicked in the head a few times when on a cold strek to wake up and it blows because only time away lets you clear the dome.
I say he is gone very soon , he can't play for the team once game starts, but when you play 160+ games as a manager you need to be even , in college 56 games you can blow and try to lite the fire but in pro ball it just does not work, to long of a season, trust me i would of made a piss poor pro manager but did good in short season and college.
I say he has to go or team will just fold up he goes nuts i know 1 player who played for him and i was like that as a coach, but like i said in a long season you have to be even most of the time you can fly off the hook a few times but when your dealing with guys who make great money they will just say f you if you can"t get across what you need in a tactful manner, and trust me I was far from tactful as a coach my first few years then got the can in colleg, so I myself think he was a great player and knows the game but you can't keep chewing out adults, they know they messed up and just adds to problems, i hate to see him go but me myself think it is best for the team.
And he will retuen some where, but with the phils it just is not clicking with him. hate to see a person lose a job but have to look out for overall best of the team. I could be wrong but don't think so and if they keep him till end of the year they are cooked.
He knows the game great better then most but the fire can sometimes turn to ice in a players eyes.
Thoughts?
