Is it a mistake to pound Boston -210

I have had a good play-off run and I do not see Boston losing tonight w/ Beckett on the mound and the Co youngsters having 9 days to think about enetring the thunderdome(Fenway park). I realize the odds suck and I have to win this bet 2 out of 3 to break even, but I do not see Boston losing tonight. Anyone want to talk me off the ledge?

Thanks for the input guys. I would not compare this game w/ the two out of three during the regular season when Boston was in hibernation mode. Love the rockies crew, lived in denver for 3 yrs and watched many of their games. 9 day lay-offs are good for football, not for baseball. Fenway park will be a first time experience for the Rockies and I do not believe they will be ready for the challenge w/ Beckett throwing darts! Only decision is to play the game or the run line.

To me its alot. they played in fenway already they know they can win in fenway and they arent afraid of the Green Monster. Plus they ripped Beckett in the regular season. Will that happen tonite? We shall see. For me its the Rockies or no bet

Dont blame you.Wouldnt lay -195 either.
Just think how the teams did in June and what the outcome will be now is a non -issue.
Its October,and if Beckett and the Sox lose i wouldnt be shocked.

Like my chances with Beckett in October,but at -195 I watch and root for them(Him).
Only think that sux is cause of odds only safe bet is Francis,its almost like thats the only way to go not necessarily the smartest.

Ive never liked long layoffs either but theres no way im laying -200 or better to a team thats has won like 22/23 games. This is the World Series its not like a 1st place team wining at a 700 clip against a bad baseball team winning at a 250 clip. Its the hottest team in baseball getting great odds in game 1. im taking the rockies with the value.
