If anyone was shaving points, it was the center, the other Manny Ramirez. Horrible game from him. I lost track of how many bad snaps he had.

OBVIOUSLY, Peyton isn't consciously shaving points. There is nothing for him to gain. I should of made my jest more obvious. But, he sure did throttle the engines down and took it easy on the Jags. Of course, that's all he needed to do this week..

I'm pretty sure Rattler was joking but it was just a bad spot asking Denver to cover 4 TD's ... easy to take the Jags lightly & not wanting to risk injuries or simply having a more vanilla playbook as to not show too much to other teams. Also, I could see Peyton looking ahead to Indy next weekend.
