1) Those stats are for US only. Did I once mention aids and the US? No. I said in Central/Southern America...and you can add most of Central Africa to that aswell.
Try to expand your knowledge and learn about some places that aren't the USA.
2) Did I ever say that 'religion is the major cause of aids? No. I've simply made a point that religious beliefs can cause death.
If the Pope was to come out today and say that the Catholic Church now approve the use of condoms, the amount of lives saved would run into the millions.
