He's not going anywhere. He's been assured by the suits that win or lose, his job is safe. He wants to move closer to campus so he doesn't have so far to drive. Currently, his drive is about 50 minutes one way.
Thanks LonghornMM. Do you believe this completely? For Mac's sake I hope this isn't the public vote of confidence management gives with a rose in one hand and the hatchet behind the back in the other. As much as Dodds publicly praises and defends him, he did the same for John Machovich last century.
