I've seen it used both ways.

Your post is the plural usage (more than one bully), so it should be bullies. If madjacks had one bully and you were referring to his Viagra pill, it would be the bully's Viagra pill, and you would be correct. Bullies and bully's are never interchangeable, and even dumb hicks from Kentucky know that.
