Not meant to be racist at all. So many people of all color in this country are making bad choices and then, not just asking, but demanding that someone else needs to pay for it. It just rubbed me the wrong way when I saw it.

I've said this for years. The reason it would not work is that it makes too much sense. Don't expect anyone to be able to make an intelligent argument against this idea because there simply isn't one.

Another idea I had was that we should manufacture birth control pills that also get you high as fuck.
